Ingredients to Make Coconut Chocolate Ball

  • 2 scoops Chocolate RWScoop-up
  • 200g Mejdool Dates
  • 100g Mixed nuts (cashew, walnut, pecan) chopped
  • 1 cup Desiccated Coconut

Method
Pit the medjool dates and soak them in warm water for 10 minutes until they soften.

Place the pitted dates in the bowl of a large food processor. Blend on high until a thick sticky “dough” is formed.

Add RWScoop-up, chopped nuts and half the desiccated Coconut. Mix till well combined

Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and use your hands to roll it into a ball.

Roll the energy bites into the remaining desiccated coconut pressing gently so they adhere. Let them set in the fridge for a few minutes.
